We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal for orders from outside India. For orders from within India we accept all Indian credit and debit cards.
We use FedEx for shipping orders internationally. Within India shipping is through a courier or India Post. We do not charge for shipping within India.
All our products are made by hand and small variations in weave and colour add to their uniqueness. However, If for some reason you don't like your purchase, we would be happy to make a refund without any charges.
-Please request a refund within 10 days of receiving the article by contacting email@example.com. We will confirm the refund within 3 days of receiving your request.
-Please send the article to Himalayan Weavers after hearing from us. Please make sure that the item is not used or damaged in any way.
-The cost of shipping the article to us will be borne by the buyer.
-We will initiate the refund process within 3 working days of receiving the goods. The refund will not include the cost of shipping the article to you by us at the time of purchase. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment as used at the time of purchase.
Depending on the rules in your country, you may be required to pay custom duty/taxes on your purchase. If such duties/taxes are levied, you will be responsible for paying these.
